RETURNS REFUNDS SWOPS

Zimbabalooba is committed to happy customers, whatever it takes, we want you to enjoy shopping experience .

We will do all we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and service.

If you are not happy please let us know.

The terms of our returns policy are set out below and are accepted by you, upon checking out your cart.

Notify us if any of our products are flawed. We go to great lengths to check that our garments are free of defects but sometimes they get past us. On the rare occasion that we supply any of our products that are defective, we will replace the garment or refund you.

Zimbabalooba can only accept returns or swop requests for items purchased on www.zimbabalooba.co.za
For purchases made from other resellers, please refer to that reseller’s sale and return policy.

If the item was a gift, you may like to contact us with the name of the person who gave you the gift. ( ie the purchaser )

 

How to log a return or exchange request

  • Notify us within 10 days of receipt of goods with your order number and a description of the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

  • If the goods are not defective and you are wanting to exchange or refund for some other reason, we may ask for a handling fee to process your request.

  • Please return to Zimbabalooba’s distribution using your postal service.

  • Goods in transit remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • In the event that a request is made, to exchange after10 days from purchase, we will still try to assist in reasonable circumstances.

Swops

If you wish to swop your purchase for another garment, you are welcome to do so.

We will request a 15 % handling, plus the cost of postage. We out-source our logistics so this 15% will  be paid out to the 3rd party. On our side we are swopping for free.

 We will request that you post your purchase back to us by Royal Mail, to the above address.

Refunds

We  are not in a position to refund the full amount of your purchase. We out-source the  handling and posting of our orders to a 3rd party. These costs are 15 % of the purchase price, so we can only refund you the portion of your funds remaining (i.e. 85 % of the purchase price). You will be refunded to the card you used for your order (or PayPal), within 7 days of the your return being received, in good order.
